What your administrator needs to know

Access and workflow
A Linear workspace administrator installs SpecBot using OAuth. It requests read and write access for issue reviews, comments, and configured issue updates. Readiness verdicts are advisory; SpecBot does not block an external coding agent.
Data processing
Issue context is processed to generate reviews. The AI analysis path uses Groq; review history is stored in Neon Postgres and the application runs on Vercel. Clarification drafts stay in your browser until you copy them. Feedback records the review ID and your response, without the draft text.
Billing
Paid plans charge all active, non-guest Linear workspace members, including members outside the team evaluating SpecBot. Check allowances are shared per workspace. Review the seat estimate and Stripe checkout total before subscribing. See current plans.
Cancellation and questions
Manage an existing subscription through the dashboard billing portal. Contact anish@dasgroupllc.com for data-handling questions or evaluation support before installing.

Evaluate actual usefulness. A higher readiness score alone does not establish saved engineering time or a successful implementation.
